*Use 2L of water for 1 bunch and 3L for 3 bunches.
*Boiling time: 3 minutes for zaru soba. 2 and a half minutes for kake soba.
Add soba to boiling water, spread out and gently untangle with chopsticks. When the water comes to the boil again, adjust heat so that it doesn't boil over.
2. Massage Washing
