The soup is a simple chicken stock soy sauce one seasoned with bonito and potherb flavors. Pork, chicken bone, onion and spring onion are used, bringing out natural umami.
With simple, nostalgic non-fried ramen noodles. a miso soup that pairs well with vegetables. Add grilled pork, menma and boiled egg for an even more delicious taste.

1. Boil 500ml of water (2 and a half cups), cook for 3 minutes while spreading noodles apart using chopsticks.
2. Pour liquid soup into a bowl in advance.
3. When noodles are cooked, transfer to a bowl, stir well and serve.
If you like, add the special spice. Also, you can add grilled pork, menma, vegetables etc. to make it more delicious.
