The wheat flour used a special blend for Miyako udon that creates a smooth, chewy texture. Also, thanks to the mixture of ingredients, the boiling time is shortened to 7 minutes, so you can enjoy delicious udon more quickly.
In the summer enjoy as chilled udon and in the winter as kamaage udon. Also enjoy nikomi udon with your soup of preference.
