This tea has both the refreshing feeling of sencha and the umami of gyokuro as well as a mild flavor. It's one of the most popular items of this shop along with Uji sencha and gyokuro karigane.
2. You can also casually enjoy it with boiling water.
When you make tea, the temperature of water is very important. For high-grade gyokuro, hot water cooled until approx. 60 degrees is used. However, boiling water can be used for these tea leaves. You can easily make delicious tea with boiling water.
3. The latest technology is combined with traditional methods.
In order to fully bring out the aroma of tea, each tea leaf is carefully finished with a far infrared firing machine. This is the finest item made with carefully-chosen tea leaves.

[How to brew tea]
①Boil water in a pot to 100ºC.
②Pour 100cc of hot water from the pot into a measuring cup.
*This is not only for measuring the water,​ but also allows it to cool.
③Gently pout in hot water from the cup into an empty teapot.
④Pour all of the hot water in the teapot into 2 tea cups.
*This is to cool water and to warm tea cups.
⑤Add 8g of tea leaves to emptied teapot.
⑥Add 150cc of hot water (80ºC) to tea leaves and quickly close lid.
⑦Leave for one minute.
*At this time,​ be sure that you do not shake or turn the teapot.
⑧Pour hot water alternately into tea cups in 3/4 intervals.
⑨Be sure to serve every last drop and then serve.
*If some remains,​ the second brew will not be as delicious.
[Hint on how to brew properly]
A tea that is delicious and not astringent even when brewed at a high temperature. Brewing is not as difficult as Gyokuro,​ but be sure to steep for 1 minute.
[Prepare the following items]
*8g tea leaves
*Pot (a kettle is also OK)
*2 small cups
*Teapot (300cc capacity),​ measuring cup,​ clock (to measure time)

*Freshness is vital to tea. Consume as soon as possible after opening.
*Take proper care not to burn yourself with hot water.
●Storage Instructions:
*Avoid high temperatures,​ humidity and be careful of odor transfer.
*After opening,​ store in the refrigerator.
