Slowly brew drop by drop to enjoy supreme coffee. Please enjoy authentic cold-brew coffee at home.
All you have to prepare is water and ground coffee. Put ground coffee into the basket, evenly wet it with water, stir, and then slowly turn the shaft to adjust the dripping speed. You can prepare 5 cups (120ml per cup) of cold-brew coffee in a couple of hours.
As coffee is extracted in water very slowly, it tastes mild without excess sourness, bitterness and astringency. Just add ice to enjoy supreme iced coffee.
