[Hokkaido Only] This proud curry soup is an original blend of spices and Japanese dashi. The noodles are fresh flat noodles from Hokkaido's Nishiyama Seimen. These pasta-like chewy, firmly textured noodles blend well with the soup.

① Add 250cc of water and soup to a pot, mix well and heat. When it comes to the boil it is done.
② Boil noodles for 5 minutes in lots of hot water. Transfer strained noodles to a bowl, pour over the hot soup (①) and serve.
