Round-cut, firm, medium thick noodles made with 100% wheat flour from Hokkaido with added egg shell calcium.
This soup is a miso one that has Chinese cabbage, onion etc. added to a pork extract base and has exquisitely balanced red & white miso seasoned with seafood extract and soy sauce.
With simple, nostalgic non-fried ramen noodles and a miso soup that pairs well with vegetables. Add corn and egg for an even more delicious taste.

●Serving Instructions:
(1) Put noodles into 500ml of boiling water (2 and a half cups) and cook for 3 minutes while spreading noodles apart. (If the heat is too high it may boil over,​ so be careful.)
(2) Put the powdered soup in a bowl in advance.
(3) When noodles are cooked,​ transfer to a bowl,​ stir well,​ add shichimi chili pepper if you like and serve. Also,​ you can add grilled pork,​ corn,​ vegetables etc. to make it more delicious.
