Salt lemon made using safe, ecological lemons grown with reduced pesticides that has been matured in French rock salt!
The lemons used are "eco-lemons". These don't use fungicide or wax, and have been certified as a special cultivated agricultural product in Hiroshima Prefecture. These are marinated in French rock salt and matured for more than 1 month to bring out umami. Enjoy the soft taste and refreshing aroma created by this maturing.

After the lemon has matured, the seeds and pith are carefully removed, making this an easy-to-use paste type item with a smooth texture that can be used for a variety of dishes.

[Basic Use – Use as a condiment or for cooking]
This lemon salt is in a paste and is useful for use as a refreshing condiment for tuna tataki,​ raw fish,​ fried foods etc. Also,​ this versatile seasoning can be used in a variety of other ways,​ such as in meat dishes,​ fish dishes,​ pasta,​ sweets,​ etc.

When using for cooking,​ making a “lemon sauce base” is handy.
Lemon salt is a paste but as-is its taste is strong and doesn't blend with foods well. So,​ by diluting with 3x water,​ you can quickly create a fragrant lemon sauce! Additive-free but as it is matured it is thick and savory,​ giving you a handy lemon sauce.

“Lemon sauce base” arrangments:
This lemon sauce base can be used as is as a lemon sauce for yakiniku,​ as a marinade sauce,​ a seasoning ingredient for stir-fried foods. It can also be combined with other foods to create a variety of kinds of lemon sauces and dressings.
Lemon sauce base + olive oil = lemon dressing
Lemon sauce base + fresh cream = lemon cream sauce
Lemon sauce base + honey = yogurt sauce
The lemon sauce base can be stored in the refrigerator for 2 weeks,​ so you can prepare a large amount.
