Stems and leaf veins carefully selected during the manufacturing process of gyokuro and sencha are called kukicha or bocha. They are cheaper compared to tea leaves, and so are teas recommended for those who want to enjoy the taste and aroma of gyokuro at an affordable price.

●Hot to make delicious tea:
① Boil water.
② Pour hot water into teacup(s).
③ Put 2 tablespoons of tea leaves in a teapot.
④ Add water that was poured into the teacup(s) to the teapot.
⑤ Wait a short while and then pour alternately into teacups until no water remains in the teapot.
⑥ If you leave the teapot lid open slightly, you can make a delicious second brew.
*Adjust tea leaf and hot water amount in accordance with your preference.
*Freshness is vital for tea. After opening, store in a sealed container and consume as soon as possible.
*Be careful not to burn yourself when using hot water.
