Made 100% using barley from Saga Prefecture, one of Japan's leading barley production areas. Using only barley from Saga, this mugicha tea, which has continually been made with proven results and a delicious taste for 40 years, is produced using the manufacturer's own unique methods. Barley is slowly roasted to the core over time and then put into teabags. We would like everyone to enjoy the refreshing flavor and aroma of this mugicha tea. The tea bag (filter paper) is made using natural, gentle unbleached paper.

●Serving Instructions:
[When Using Hot Water]
① Boil 1.5 liters of water in a kettle for 1 minute in order to get rid of the chlorine smell.
② Add 1 teabag, and decoct for approx. 3 minutes at low heat.
③ After kettle has cooled a little, remove teabag and transfer kettle contents to a container. Chill in the refrigerator and then consume.
[When Using Cold Water]
① Add 2 teabag to approx. 1 liter of water and put in the refrigerator to cool.
② After a short time, gently shake the container.
③ After approx. 1 hour, refreshing tasting mugicha will be created.
*Change mugicha strength by adjusting water amount and brewing time etc.
*Consume as soon as possible after making tea.

*Freshness is vital for tea. After opening, store in a sealed container and consume as soon as possible.
*Be careful not to burn yourself when using hot water.
