The concept is the image that you call to mind when you hear the word "SUNAO". For instance, you can imagine a seedling stretching straight or ripples fanning on the pond from "SUNAO". The strength which accepts diverse environments and effects.
Also, SUNAO is based on the concept of cutlery that suits Japanese dining. This is why SUNAO products are smallish so that they fit hands of Japanese people and go well with chopsticks in this modern society.
They all are carefully designed to make full use of the function that each item has.

Designed by graf decorative mode number 3. It was setup by 6 people - an architect, a product designer, a carpenter, a furniture craftsman, an artist and a chef - to be able to carry out all kinds of design proposals with the living space as a setting. Everything is founded on coproduction, from the original idea to design and production. Now, their graf office is in Nakanoshima, Osaka, and it also holds a studio, an office, a showroom, a restaurant, and a gallery which has been receiving high praise from overseas.

Thanks to the "R-curved surface" on the back of the handle, it gently fits your fingers. The product name "SUNAO" has been engraved to give an aesthetic look. The curvy line creates great usefulness and it will make you feel like its simplicity is the best.
The thickest part of the chopsticks is triangle-shaped so that it fits your hand and hard to slip.
The tip is square-shaped. Made from moso bamboo which is light and flexible.
