Uji matcha tea. This matcha is made using bancha tea leaves grown in the same fields as gyokuro that have been dried without ribbing and made into a fine powder by grinding with a millstone. An usucha tea with a vivid green color. As well as tea, this business-use size can be used for cooking and as a sweet seasoning.

*Put 1 teaspoon of matcha tea into a matcha tea cup, make a lather with a chasen whisk and serve.
*When cooking or making sweets, mix in to use as a seasoning.
*Adjust matcha tea and water amount in accordance with your preference.
*Freshness is vital for tea. After opening, store in a sealed container and consume as soon as possible.
*Be careful not to burn yourself when using hot water.
*Contains silica gel. This is not edible.
