[Raw Kuzukiri] potato starch, Honkuzu / citric acid
[Brown molasses] sugar / fructose dextrose liquid sugar, brown sugar, salt / coloring agent (caramel color), thickener (xanthan)
●Seven Major Allergens (wheat, buckwheat, egg, milk, peanut, shrimp, crab): none
●Contents: Kuzukiri 80g x 1, Brown sugar syrup 30g
●Made in Japan
●Serving Instructions:
1. Open the bag and get rid of the water. Put “kudzukiri” in a strainer and wash with water.
2. Put kudzukiri in a boiled water, boil for 30-40 seconds until it's transparent.
3. Place boiled kudzukiri in a strainer, cool it in water first, and then chill it with ice.
4. Arrange the chilled kudzukiri in a bowl, and serve with brown sugar syrup.
*Can be enjoyed any time of year. Chill for a more delicious taste.
