Flat type kuzukiri with superior clearness. It has strong resilience with a simple light flavor. Use it to enhance nabe cooking (one pot dishes). It contains no artificial additives. It can also be enjoyed as a sweets by pouring on molasses.

①Place dried Kuzukiri in water for one night.
②Boil in hot water for 5 to 6 min.
③Turn off heat and place lid. Let it steam for 21 min.
④Pour into strainer and wash in cold water.
⑤Place in appropriate dish. Dip kudzu in iced black molasses before eating.
●Caution: Eat as soon as possible after opening.
