Thin Kuzukiri with superior clearness. It has strong resilience with a simple light flavor. Use it to enhance nabe cooking (one pot dishes). It contains no artificial additives.
●Ingredients: potato starch, pure kudzu

①Place dried Kuzukiri in water for one night.
②Boil in hot water for 5 to 6 min.
③Turn off heat and place lid and let it steam for 20 min.
④Pour into strainer and wash in cold water.
⑤Place in appropriate dish. Dip kudzu in iced black molasses before eating.
(It can be used in other dishes such as aemono or salad.)
