Shiruko made with Yoshino kudzu that has the smoothness of porcelain and azuki from Hokkaido. The taste of amazingly smooth textured shiruko will make you sigh with contentment.
●Ingredients: superfine sugar, azuki beanbean paste, starch, pure kudzu

①Place1 tbsp. (approx. 20g) kuzuyu into warm teacup (pour hot water into cup to warm and then empty water).
②Pour 100cc boiling water into cup. If it does not thicken, place in microwave and heat 20 to 30 sec.
③Mix well and drink while it is thick.
*Eat as soon as possible after opening.
*When using hot water take extra care not to burn yourself.
