Made 100% using tea from Kakegawa, a famous Shizuoka tea production area! Kakegawa is well known nationally as a production area of quality tea. Also, at national tea fairs held every year in Japan, it has been the recipient of multiple awards including the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Prize. In Kakegawa, which has prospered as a deep-steamed tea production area since ancient times, tea leaves are carefully and thoroughly steamed, creating a rich yet mellow tea with a yellow-green tinge, a feature of Kakegawacha tea.

●Hot to make delicious tea:
① Pour hot water that has been well boiled into teacups and cool to 70-80℃.
② Add tea leaves to the teapot, approx. 3g per serving (approx. 1 teaspoon).
③ Pour the hot water in the cups into the teapot and, should you wish, wait for 30-40 seconds.
④ Pour into cups in turn so that strength is even. Use all water so none is left in the teapot.
*Adjust tea leaf and hot water amount in accordance with your preference.
*Freshness is vital for tea. After opening, store in a sealed container and consume as soon as possible.
*Be careful not to burn yourself when using hot water.
