This tea is made using a collection of willow-like leaves carefully-selected during the manufacturing process of sencha tea. As the shape looks like the leaves of a willow tree ("yanagi" in Japanese), this is also called kawayanagi. With a lighter, more refreshing taste than sencha. A value-size 1kg type that can be enjoyed as both an after-meal tea and regular-use tea.

●Hot to make delicious tea:
① For 5 servings, add approx. 10g (4 heaped tablespoons) to a teapot. For 1 serving, 4g. For 3 servings, slightly less than 10g.
② After boiling water, leave until cooled to approx. 90℃(it is good to move to a pot and then use it), pour into a teapot containing tea leaves, leave for approx. 40-60 seconds and then pout into teacups down to the last drop.
③ For the second brew, pour it into the teacups immediately after adding hot water.
*Adjust tea leaf and hot water amount in accordance with your preference.
*Freshness is vital for tea. After opening, store in a sealed container and consume as soon as possible.
*Be careful not to burn yourself when using hot water.
