This tea is made using a collection of willow-like leaves carefully-selected during the manufacturing process of sencha tea. As the shape looks like the leaves of a willow tree ("yanagi" in Japanese), this is also called kawayanagi. Its taste features mildness, low astringency and umami. With a lighter, more refreshing taste than sencha. Can be enjoyed as both an after-meal tea and regular-use tea.

● Hot to make delicious aoyanagi tea (2 servings):
① Boil water properly, add 6-8g of aoyanagi to an earthenware teapot or large teapot and pour in 260-300ml of hot water.
② Pour hot water alternately into teacups down to the last drop.
*Adjust tea leaf and hot water amount in accordance with your preference.
*Freshness is vital for tea. After opening, store in a sealed container and consume as soon as possible.
*Be careful not to burn yourself when using hot water.
