Sencha tea from Fukuoka's Yame district, which has a famous, long, history as a gyokuro and sencha production area. The difference in terrain varies greatly, so gyokuro is mainly made in mountainous areas and sencha on the flatlands. A tea that brings you fresh-picked deliciousness.

●Hot to make delicious tea:
① Pour boiled water or hot water from a pot into teacups and allow to cool a little.
② Add tea leaves to the tea pot and then pour the water in the teacups back into the teapot.
*Use approx. 5g of tea leaves and 250cc of hot water for 2 cups of tea.
③ Wait approx. 30-60 seconds if you prefer (do not leave when brewing a second time), and then alternately pour into teacups so none remains.
*Adjust tea leaf and hot water amount in accordance with your preference.
*Freshness is vital for tea. After opening, store in a sealed container and consume as soon as possible.
*Be careful not to burn yourself when using hot water.
